I always wondered what happened to that 1971 Dodge. Looks like someone caught a guard rail?

Also, 1951/2? M38 jeep, bought from Catholic Church at Eureka, MO. Dad and I saw it at the Ford garage there on the interstate.
Gave $1500.00 for it. Bob and I drove it back to Springfield, he decided to go four wheeling in a field and we got stuck, I had to walk back to Pacific to get a wrecker, guy wouldn't take a check, so Bob left his 45 revolver with him as collateral. I drove up later with cash and retrieved the weapon. Who's got that pistol now? (answer privately if you decide to answer)

the Dodge caught the bridge railing at the bottom of the hill in Halltown...ask John...as Mrs. Britain said so well at the time, 'at least he didn't get hurt."...to which Dad replied "Good, then I'm gonna kill him.".....the Jeep memories are blurred...unless that was the same jeep was the basis for Dad's short story entitled "Getting stuck in the mud is a family affair."...if so then that jeep gut stuck alot....we pulled it out of Turnback Creek with a team of horses once or twice....wonder what came of that jeep... the forty-five is still around....just look for it....
