Why By The Numbers?
At the time I started this blog, I owned three cars, none of which had names, manufacturers, yes, BMW, Ford, Volvo. But no names, just numbers, 325, 150, 850. Hence, By The Numbers.
The By The Numbers Cast
- longrooffan, that would be me, living Beachside Ormond Beach, Florida
- The Bus, my older brother Jim living in the Ozarks
- thebeachbiker (formerly thehorsefarmer), my older brother Tom who now lives in St. Augustine Beach with his wife, thebeachgoddess (formerly thebarngoddess) having moved there from a small farm in the Ozarks
- thejeepjunkie, my younger brother Ed living in Ormond Beach, Florida
- thesungoddess, thejeepjunkie's wife
- the Kid, thejeepjunkie's son
- the Kid's sister, well that is self explanitory

- TheGentlemanFarmer, my Dad who at 45 years old, moved 7 of his 10 city kids to a 173 acre farm and mowed the hay fields in a shirt and tie

Hey there...
thanks for remembering...
the big 60 this year....
I sure am glad that the Bus had his 60th first, so I know what to expect....
but damned if I ain't hurting this morning....
Bangoddess says to watchout, my warranty expires at 60, I told her I would trade her in on one 40 and two twenties, but she told me I wasn't wired for it and would just short circuit....
dammned glad I got that gal by my side to keep me straight...
